First of all I salute Dr Sharmas perants that they gave education in bilaungl, Dr Sharma spoke my language whenever I meet him either in his office or at the hospital operations table , he really knows how to calm down his patients before operation also good soft voice makes you relax I just came out of the hospital 2 days ago after my colon surgery .I am feeling much better with no pain at the operation sites .I am giving him 5 star also recommed to anyone who is looking for a colon surgery dr.

I've had two gastroscopy appointments in two years with Oak Ridges Endoscopy. Both of my experiences were pleasant and straightforward. If you're nervous like myself when it comes to medical procedures, you won't be with Dr. Ginzburg and his team. Everybody there is calm and friendly, has a good sense of humor, and they do a great job of explaining what happens before, during and after the procedure. You're in good hands at Oak Ridges Endoscopy.

My colonoscopy appointment is scheduled at York Endoscopy on 25Jul. I have booked my PTO for that day and I am preparing myself according to the colonoscopy procedure.However, I just received a cancellation letter from York Endoscopy as they are short of nurses. I have waited for this test for almost 3 months and now they cancelled just 1 day before the colonoscopy and they don't know when it is available to rebook. It is not respectful to the patient! Lacking of nurses occurs everywhere, and they should let the patient know in advance NOT just 1 day before the procedure! Totally unacceptable!

This Clinic has the most Respectful, Friendly and Competent staff I have experienced. The patients comfort, dignity and well-being are their top priority. The facility is kept clean and sanitary, and very orderly, even during busy times. Dr. V. Ginzburg is simply the Best. He makes you feel at ease right from the first meeting with an excellent bedside manner. I have been going to Dr. Ginzburg for years and highly recommend him. His knowledgable expertise, thorough respectful communications, and a lighthearted sense of humor, is a short list of his attributes.

I had a gastroscopy at Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre and I cannot speak more highly of the staff. The receptionist was warm and friendly. The nurse patiently answered all my questions. When I told her I had a bit of anxiety, she took her time to walk me through the procedure and was very calming. The anesthesiologist and nurse who took care of me during the procedure were kind and caring. Every interaction I have had with Dr. Ginzburg over the last three years has been so positive. He is warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. I cannot recommend him and this clinic enough.

This practice is terrific. Dr. Laishram) combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. She’s also an excellent surgeon. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

Dr. Ginzburg and the staff at Oak Ridges were all patient and gentle and wonderful. Dr. Ginzburg has a great sense of humour that put me at ease while preparing for my procedures.
